As GHS TEKSTİL SAN. TİC. A.Ş and GHSGRUP Companies Group, we show utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, our company attaches great importance to the processing and preservation of all types of personal data of individuals benefiting from our products and services, as well as all persons related to the company, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). With full awareness of this responsibility, we, in our capacity as the “Data Controller” as defined in the KVK Law, process your personal data in accordance with the scope and boundaries required by the legislation, as described below.

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Personal Data
Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our company and our commercial activities. Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through our company units and offices, Group Companies, website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other similar means, either orally, in writing, or electronically. Your personal data may be processed while benefiting from the products and services provided by our company and Group Companies, and may be updated accordingly.

Furthermore, when you use our call centers or website to benefit from the services of our company or Group Companies, visit our website, or participate in the training, seminars, or events organized by our company, your personal data may be processed.

The collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of ensuring you benefit from the products and services offered by our company and Group Companies, conducting necessary operations by our business units, customizing products and services based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company, Group Companies, and individuals in business relationships (including communication operations, physical security and supervision of company locations, customer evaluation/complaint management, reputation research, event management, legal compliance, audit, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies, and carrying out our company’s human resources policies. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

2. Who Personal Data Can Be Transferred To and for What Purposes
Your collected personal data may be transferred to business partners, suppliers, Group Companies, company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law. These transfers are carried out for the purposes of benefiting from the products and services offered by our company and Group Companies, customizing services based on your preferences, ensuring legal and commercial security, evaluating business partner/customer/supplier (authorized persons or employees) performance, conducting reputation research, legal compliance, auditing, financial affairs, and carrying out our company’s human resources policies.

3. Method and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected orally, in writing, or electronically for the purposes outlined above, to enable the lawful provision of the products and services we offer, and to ensure that our company fully and accurately fulfills its obligations arising from contracts and laws. The personal data collected for this legal reason will be processed and transferred for the purposes mentioned in Articles (1) and (2) above in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set forth below in this Disclosure Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

• Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used in compliance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect, and ask for the correction to be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Demand the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the PDP Law, you may submit your request to our Company regarding the exercise of your rights specified above, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the PDP Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you will submit your written application to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDP Law are explained below.

In order to exercise your rights specified above, you may submit your request, which includes the necessary information to identify you and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise from among the rights specified in Article 11 of the PDP Law; by filling out the form HERE and sending a signed copy of the form to Uludağ Osb Kurtuluş Mah. No: 197 Gürsu / BURSA, you can personally deliver it with documents proving your identity, send it through a notary or other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law, or send the relevant form with a secure electronic signature to oztekstil.muhasebe@hs03.kep.tr.
